- Age conditions: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the affiliate program. For affiliates residing outside Canada, the minimum required age is 21.
- Program integrity: Any fraudulent or deceptive activity by an affiliate will result in the immediate closure of their account and cancellation of all accumulated revenue.
- Admission to the program: Astral Internet reserves the right to refuse any registration to the program for any reason.
- Valid contact details: It is your responsibility to provide and maintain up-to-date and valid contact details in your account.
- Honest advertising: Affiliates must not promote Astral Internet’s products and services through deceitful means. Any complaint related to advertising practices may result in sanctions against the affiliate’s account.
- Promotion means: Promotion of Astral Internet’s services must be done legally and on sites free of illegal content.
- Purchase process: Commissions are awarded for complete purchases made online. Sales made by phone, email, or in an informal manner are not eligible.
- Referral tracking: A cookie placed on the visitor’s device lets us credit you for their purchases for 3 months after they follow your link.
- Eligible products: Commissions are only applicable on sales of web hosting packages and virtual servers. Domains and other products and services are excluded.
- Restrictions on discounted prices: Commissions are not available on transactions at reduced prices.
- Commission payout: A commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice that generated it has been paid — once the money-back guarantee period is over. You can request a payout as soon as your balance reaches $75.
