Difficulty with SmarterMail mail interface. [resolved]

Currently there is a small problem with the new version of SmarterMail on the French side. This should be corrected before Thursday according to the manufacturer’s.
In the meantime, there is the English version that works well. You only have to select ENGLISH when connecting.

Holiday schedule (2012-2013)

For the holidays, Astral Internet will have a reduced schedule between Monday, December 24rd, 2012 and Wednesday, January 2nd, 2013. Please take note of our business hours so that you may be served ahead of time.

New subscriptions
At all times, new subscriptions will be approved and their services activated within 12 hours.

Technical Support
The technical support department is available 24 hours a day for emergencies through the “My Account” section on astralinternet.com.

E-mail
E-mails will be sporadically read and there is no guarantee that emails sent to inboxes such as support@astralinternet.com will read on Tuesday, December 25rd and on Tuesday, January 1st.

Support by phone, online or in person
Like you, the staff will be with their families and no one will be available at our offices to answer the phone, provide you with live support or greet you. Our data centers are fully operational and there will be no reduction of your services. All our servers will be actively monitored and as mentioned above, emergency technical support will always be available.
